How to Help
To all those who have read my story and have some of that spare change laying around, here is a easy way to donate. Just click on the Chipin button in the green box below.
The good news is I'm not having to raise money for heartworm treatment on top of trying to help my angels with the burden of food, spaying, medications,vet visits,etc. I can't thank you all enough for any amount you can help with.
Anyone that helps I will be sure to post their name on my blog, if you'll just let me know the name you want to be shown as.

Come with me...(Part 2)
I made it to the vet no problem. Got out and was again all wags. I set out at the bench with Ms. Sarah while my Granny went in to tell them we were there. (Ok Granny is just the nickname we call Ms. Sarah's mom hehe.. she don't mind)
I was out hanging out, and showing off my new sit to people driving by. I was just doing it random, not like I was trying to weasle more cookies off her or anything. Then this lady came by and she stopped to talk to Ms. Sarah, and ME!! She even started loving all over me, telling me how sweet I was, how beautiful I was. All good things. Ms. Sarah told her my story, and she felt so bad for me, but said I was a lucky dog, and she hoped my pups and I was able to get into a good home. She said we deserved it. She just kept mentioning how sweet I was. My tail wagged the entire time, then as she was walking off I jumped on the bench to hangout beside Ms. Sarah. Anyone who came by got tail wags from me! I was very well behaved in the vet, where the staff was loving all over me as well. I weighed in at 34.3 lbs. Yikes. Everyone said I looked so pitiful because how skinny I was. The vet couldn't believe how skinny I was. But Ms. Sarah and Granny were talking how I was giving it all to my babies, like any good mommy. Now I don't have to worry about that though, because them and myself are getting yummy food!!
I didn't even budge for my shot either, just continued to wag. Oh oh oh the bestest part of the visit, the nice lady who absolutely loved me to death and baby talked me,etc. She said I was HW Negative! hehe she started singing because she was so happy for me. They said they couldn't believe I was, but that they were very grateful. Then she told me she would go find me some treats, and she came back and gave me some yummy chewy treats.
I'm all done.. now to see about my reward. I don't do stickers or lollipops, I need something yummy to my tummy. I forgot to mention I'd spoken to Granny before I went in about taking a trip somewhere if I was a good girl. She said she was already planning on it, but she was going to let it be a surprise for me. I told her I was to smart for her.
Well , I was a good girl, so next thing I know we are going through the drive thru and boy oh boy does it smell goooooood!!!! Granny ordered a plain hamburger just for ME, and she shared a few french fries with me too. I was setting on Ms. Sarah,and sadly Ms. Sarah said I couldn't have my hamburger yet, because I was going crazy trying to grab the paper and all,and with me on her lap she couldn't handle it and me like that hehe. Plus she wanted to take a picture of me with it. So she broke off a bite to give me a taste. Yum Yum Yum!! Me in luv! I can't wait to get back now!
I calmed back down and set there politely all the way back.
Ok.. time for my hamburger!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh I have so many more pictures I want to share, but I really must go for now- it's time to feed my precious babies again.
BTW.. I was the only dog wearing my green today, no one could pinch me!! Until later followers!

Come with me..
on another day of my journey to get ready for adoption. Today Ms. Sarah greeted me with ... Yup you guessed it, more COOKIES!!!!! Then she said, you wanna go for a ride? We need to get you a shot and hw tested. I just wagged and smiled, and took her up on her cookie offer! We had to wait a bit before leaving, so we just took some time to walk around(which might I add she tells me I do very well on a leash considering my background), and every so often she'd work on my "sit" command. I picked up so quick she couldn't believe it. When I came in I totally ignored it. She just keeps persisting I sit instead of jumping up. It actually is really easy and I get a cookie for doing it! Then she thought she'd throw in the "down" just to see my reaction, and I with just a touch on my shoulder went all the way down a few times, but then she just focused on sit for now. ;) She says with my beautiful smile , I also have lots of smarts! Not to mention the SWEEEEEEETEST personality to boot! Woohoo! Why did I end up in that scary place to begin with?
Anyway.. here I am walking and practicing this afternoon.
